What every file includes
✓ Bridges checked for your plate
Every bridge is measured against your plate thickness with the 2× rule, so no part of the panel is too thin to survive the cut.
✓ No floating islands
Loose pieces that would drop out are connected back or removed — the panel comes off the machine in one piece.
✓ Every fix listed
A full change report lists every repair the tool made to your design. Nothing is changed silently.
✓ DXF + preview
The cut-ready DXF file, plus a preview drawn from the file's own geometry so you see exactly what will be cut.
✓ Re-downloads are free
Your files stay saved on your account. Taking the same file again never costs another file credit.
Pricing — common questions
Is the first file really free?
Yes. Every account gets its first DXF download free — no card asked. Making panels, previews and all the cutting checks are always free and unlimited; only downloads count.
What counts as one file?
One file is one DXF download, from any job — a built-in pattern at your size, or your own design converted in Convert. Downloading the same file again never counts twice.
Do pack files expire?
No. The 10-file pack never expires — the files stay on your account until you use them. Pro is the only plan with a clock: it runs month by month while it is active.
Can I download my file again later?
Yes. Your jobs are saved to your account, and re-downloading a file you already took is always free — you are only ever charged the first time you take a file.
What if my design can't cut safely?
Then no file is made — and nothing is charged. The tool refuses the design, tells you in plain words why it cannot cut safely, and your free file or credits stay untouched, because a file is only counted when a finished DXF actually downloads.
