Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Plain words first: KraftDXF is a tool that turns your design into a cut-ready DXF file for laser and plasma cutting. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use it.
Last updated: 27 October 2026. Contact: contact@kraftdxf.com
1. What KraftDXF does
KraftDXF runs in your web browser. It makes DXF cutting files in two ways: from our built-in patterns at the size you choose, and from your own design image converted in Convert. Every file is checked before download — bridges measured against your plate thickness, floating islands removed, outlines closed — and every fix is listed in a change report. Nothing is changed silently.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google to use the tool. Your jobs are saved to your account (the latest 50). You are responsible for keeping your account safe and for everything done under it. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at contact@kraftdxf.com.
3. Your designs stay yours
You keep full ownership of every design you bring to KraftDXF. We claim no rights over your designs, and we do not use your designs for anything except making your file. You must have the right to use a design you upload — for example, it is your own work, or you have permission to use it. KraftDXF does not check who owns a design; that is your responsibility.
4. Free files and paid plans
Your first 5 DXF downloads are free — our launch offer, on every account. After that: $5 for one file, $29 for a 10-file pack that never expires, or $19 a month for Pro with unlimited downloads while it is active. Making panels, previews and all cutting checks are always free and unlimited — only downloads count. Downloading the same file again is always free and never counts twice. A file is only counted when a finished DXF actually downloads; if a design cannot cut safely, no file is made and nothing is charged.
Online checkout is not switched on yet. Until it is, paid files are arranged by bank transfer after you contact us — we add the files to your account by hand.
5. Accuracy — what we promise and what we don't
On clean design images, our measured accuracy is 98–99% of the cut outline within half a millimetre of the original, and 100% within 1 mm. But cutting depends on your machine, your material, your plate thickness and your settings — things we cannot control. So we do not guarantee that any file will cut perfectly on your machine. Test-cut a file before running a full job, especially on a new material or a new machine.
6. Refunds
DXF files are digital goods, delivered at once, and they cannot be returned — so once a good file has downloaded, there is no refund. If a file will not open, or it does not match the preview and change report you saw, tell us at contact@kraftdxf.com: we will check the file on our side, and if the fault is ours, we will remake it free. We cannot see what happens on your machine or your table, so we cannot verify — or refund for — a cut that went wrong there.
7. Fair use
Use KraftDXF for real cutting work. Do not try to break the tool, overload it, copy it, resell access to it, or use it to make anything illegal or harmful. If an account is used this way, we may suspend it.
8. Our liability
KraftDXF is provided as it is. We are not liable for wasted material, machine time or lost profit from a cut. If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is limited to what you paid us for that file or plan.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes — for example, when online checkout goes live. The date at the top will change, and the current version is always the one on this page. If you keep using KraftDXF after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions about them — or about anything on KraftDXF — go to contact@kraftdxf.com.
