Privacy Policy

Plain words first: your designs and images never leave your device — conversion runs in your browser. We collect only what the tool needs to work, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

KraftDXF is a web tool for making cut-ready DXF files for laser and plasma cutting. It is run by Quratulain Hasan, based in Pakistan. Contact us at contact@kraftdxf.com.

2. What we collect

When you sign in (Google): your name, email address and profile photo, through Firebase Authentication. This is how we know which account your jobs belong to.

When you save a job: the job's settings and the DXF file text, saved to your account (latest 50 jobs). Your original design image is not uploaded — conversion happens in your browser, on your device.

When you browse the site: Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed, country and device type. It does not tell us who you are by name.

When you contact us: whatever you write in the contact form (name, email, message) or in an email to contact@kraftdxf.com, so we can reply.

3. What we do NOT collect

Your design images are converted on your own device and never sent to our servers. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by our payment provider when checkout goes live, and by bank transfer until then.

4. How we use what we collect

Only to run the tool, save your jobs to your account, answer your messages, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We never sell your data to anyone, and we never use it for advertising to you.

5. Who else sees it

A few services help run KraftDXF, and they see only what they need for their job: Google (sign-in, job storage and analytics), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (email delivery for contact@kraftdxf.com), FormSubmit (contact form delivery), and Lemon Squeezy (payments, once checkout is live). We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The site uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits. There are no advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser — sign-in will stop working, but the public pages will still load.

7. Your data, your call

Ask us any time at contact@kraftdxf.com to see what we hold about your account, or to delete your account and its jobs. We will do it and confirm when it is done. Deleting your account also removes your remaining free files and credits.

8. Children

KraftDXF is made for adults running cutting work. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data — for example, when online checkout goes live — we will update this page and change the date at the top. The current version is always the one on this page.
